A STORY ABOUT VINEYARDS, MUSCADET
AND, ABOVE ALL, FAMILY!
Our family winery is localed in the Sèvre et Maine appellation, in the heart of the wine producing region of Nantes. Our organic vineyards are farmed in rocky, stony soils at one of the highest elevations of the region, the Minière Mill, where Melon de Bourgogne grape variety produces wines of character in response to the unique terroir.
A NEW GENERATION
As the sixth generation of wine producers, we aim to leave our mark on the Ménard-Gaborit Estate, while honoring our family history, our traditions, our region and our Muscadet.
RESPECT FOR LIFE
Vintage after vintage, the soil, the grapevine, and the vineyard team remind us of how much we work with living elements. Our choice to follow organic farming and winemaking practices was driven by this respect for life and the environment.
All of our actions are carefully considered. We are always learning. We experiment. Sometimes we fail, and we try again!

The wines we produce today are a product of the generations of men and women who have left their mark and over two centuries of local history and evolution of the grape growing and winemaking processes.
