The strength of Domaine Ménard-Gaborit comes from the vision of François, the versatility of Isabelle, the efficiency of Jimmy, the know-how of Philippe, the kindness of Pascale, the creativity of Pauline,
the effectiveness of Thierry, the flexibility of Tanguy and the enthusiasm of Emile.

François

François is the sixth generation of winemakers. He is now the conductor of the family estate, carefully overseeing the vineyard and the cellar activites.

Isabelle

A true multitasker, Isabelle enjoys working both in the vineyard and the cellar. A discreet and courageous woman, incredibly significant in our team!

Jimmy

Jimmy, he loves working in the great outdoors! Having been with us for nearly 30 years, he knows every inch of our plots.

Philippe

A passionate mechanic, Philippe enjoys perfecting our tools to ease vineyard work. Now retired, he continues to watch over the vineyard with great care.

Pascale

Pascale, kind-hearted and smiling, enthusiastically welcomes customers and manages a part of the administrative tasks.

Pauline

If you visit the estate, you're likely to meet Pauline! Her areas of expertise include export, oenotourism and communication. She works with François to chart the estate's course.

Thierry

Thierry, his domain is the cellar! From preparing orders to delivery, his precision and systematic approach are his greatest assets.

Tanguy

In the adventure since the 1991 vintage, Tanguy, an experienced tractor driver, meticulously cares for the estate's vines.

Thomas

Thomas is the youngest member of the team! After completing a comprehensive education in the wine industry (Viticulture and Oenology diploma, professional degree, and sommelier-wine merchant training), he gained valuable experience at wine estates in Anjou, Burgundy, and the Bordeaux region. Passionate about vineyards and their evolution through the seasons, he particularly enjoys observing how terroir shapes the character of wines and contributes to their richness and complexity.

Fabrice

After several years working in the insurance sector, Fabrice decided to give a new direction to his career by pursuing his passion: wine. Working outdoors, continuously learning new skills, and contributing to the creation of this remarkable product are the driving forces behind his daily commitment and enthusiasm.

Jean-Philippe

Originally trained as a sommelier, Jean-Philippe had the opportunity to work in several prestigious Michelin-starred restaurants. Eager to gain a deeper understanding of the winemaker’s craft and reconnect with the land, he chose to move into viticulture. Today, he takes great pleasure in following the vineyard’s annual cycle. For him, the Nantes wine region, with its remarkable mosaic of terroirs, produces wines that are unique, fresh, and wonderfully complex.

We ensure to maintain the delicate balance of a team where everyone brings their talent, skills, and motivation, respecting each other and our philosophy. Our wines reflect this diversity of personalities with different characteristics. It’s a blessing!
