Character
This red wine is made from the Gamay grape variety. The aging in clay jar and clay egg gives it a lovely structure and a long-lasting finish on the palate, enhanced by a 15-day whole-bunch carbonic maceration. An unpretentious, easy-drinking red wine with plenty of character. Only 900 bottles produced.

Pairs beautifully with aged cheeses, cured ham, roast duck breast and even a fresh strawberry salad.
