At the estate, we have been wanting for some time to revisit this emblematic grape variety of the vineyard: Folle Blanche. We are convinced of its incredible potential. This new cuvée stands out with its citrus-driven bouquet, sharp acidity, and persistent minerality. A fresh, easy-drinking wine with low alcohol (only 9.5% ABV).

Raw or cooked shellfish, or more originally, a dessert based on kiwi or Granny Smith apple.
