Produced from our best plots in Monnières, this Chardonnay is aged for 12 months on its lees in 300L barrels. A nod to our experiences in Burgundy and the wonderful encounters we had there. Limited production cuvée.

This cuvée pairs beautifully with lobster or grilled spiny lobster, as well as creamy chicken.
